Wen is a firm devotee of the fine art of balance. Having lived in France, Australia, the US, Hong Kong and China, he has a uniquely universal outlook that helps him appreciate local culture, while simultaneously allowing him to see beyond it.
Since being named Asia Pacific Young Creative of the Year in 2005, he has earned a reputation as a strategically-inclined creative with a penchant for tech & innovation, and a wholistic vision encompassing everything from an idea's potential cultural impact to its most mundane call-to-action. This is reflected not just in the creative awards he has won but also the many effectiveness awards that he has helped his clients collect.
He is also a Visiting Lecturer at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, doing his bit to help nurture the next generation of creative talent.
